They were very helpful and got my Toro part in a lot quicker than anticipated. Saved me from driving all the way into Bayer's Lake to order it and back to pick it up. I live in Lantz. I'm Impressed with Canmac Watercraft in Elmsdale business park, I won a helmet, one year ago this month, kept forgetting to go and get it, they stayed on top of it till I came. Went in today, after a friend of mine told me to get there, and get it. I went up and sure enough, let me pick whatever I wanted! There's a man of his word!!!!!!! Now I just need a reason to wear it. However, very seldom do folks take a moment to communicate their satisfactory or exceptional experience. In my case, I found that my interaction was nothing short of fantastic. The product features were thoroughly explained in great detail. Rick dealt with me in a professional and courteous manner. I was called back at the time promised so as to complete the purchase and not put on hold or otherwise forgotten about. These days many companies cut back on customer service or eliminate it altogether as a cost-cutting measure. In my opinion, the folks at Canmac Watercraft go out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I needed to pick up my boat purchase on a Saturday night well after store hours. Rick genuinely offered to come down on his own time to open the store so I could happily travel home with my new boat. This sort of accommodation is very rare these days. I spent most of my career as a Customer Service Manager so I feel I should be able to recognize exemplary customer service when I see it. This is the kind of strategy that will set Canmac Watercraft well apart from its competitors and I will definitely become a return customer. Satisfied Customer
Shoutout to Mitchell (Service Advisor) for getting a laundry list of upgrades completed in 2 days. Mitchell was able to provide updates and recommendations which made the service effortless. The service shop even made a custom lightbar holder for a product they don't sell. Appreciate the honest and quality work 10/10
